TrackIR5 not working in GTR Evolution

TrackIR5 not working in GTR Evolution

I get a green light from the cam when GTR Evo is loaded, but no response from TrackIR5.

Is there a way to make it work?

So is the green light coming on, on the right side of the TRackIR camera, but not the green led, on the left?
