Dwell Clicker cursor issue when using Drag

I provide computer support for a woman who uses the SmartNav4 device on a Windows Vista computer. She's running the SmartNav 3.20.037 software. The computer recently developed an issue whereby her cursor makes sporatic movements within the "box" you see on the screen as she hovers over an icon to activate it with the Drag function of Dwell Clicker. We've tried some different settings with the Click Timer, but nothing is helping. She does not experience this with any other function of Dwell Clicker (Left, Double, etc.). It only happens with the Drag function.

I've been providing support for this woman for many years (previously with SmartNav3) and have never run into this type of situation. I updated her to the 3.20.037 software at the beginning of June, so it's a recent installation. I did uninstall and reinstall it just now, but it did not help. Any thoughts or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

When you reinstalled, did you delete the SmartNAV folder as well?

What setting do you have the motion option set to?

Do you have gravity turned on?

No, I did not delete the SmartNAV folder. I'll obtain the other answers the next time I visit her and post the answers. Thanks Vincent.

I did another uninstall/reinstall last night, making sure I deleted the SmartNav folder, and all is once again well. Thanks for that tip, Vincent. It should have been a no-brainer for me.
