Hi,

I am new to the Optitrack thus my questions can be quite silly.

I tried to run the WinFormsSample c# sample code to connect to Arena. It seems like the program can establish a connection to the Arena but it says "Sending TestRequrest Server: No Response", and does not retrieve any 3D data.

I wonder what did I do wrong?

Sorry I forgot to say that I am trying to track only one marker, and I have also a 3-point rigid body under the track (so four points in total). The c# sample code reads the position of the rigid body but not the individual marker. Can anyone please help me out?

"Sending TestRequest Server: No Response" is OK. Arena does not respond to these. You can try testing with the SimpleServer app from NatNet to confirm.

Unlabeled markers are not streamed from Arena.
