Led headset vs Dots

Hello all
I was following a string regarding the Track ir and led's Vs the reflective dots...many really good idea's were included as per the mounting of the leds but many were a bit complex for my mind and or required extra equipment aside from your headset mic ( most of us hard core flight simmers have already purchased decent headsets)...my approach is a simple sizeable headband with a watch battery and control placed at the rear with the single led Pro 3/ multiple leds ( vector expansion ) positioned in the front of the headband...it would be comfortable to wear, easily packadged, could be offered in several colours, logo could be printed on it, would not interfere with vision or headset and would be dirt cheap to produce... could also be hand washable to help out those who sweat profusely while dukeing it out with thier opponants lol....Just an idea ( i have a tendancy to problem solve .... once I have a track 3 and vector kit of my own ill do even more )
I would really like to become part of the team helping to expand the experience of the gaming community...I have been 2nd in command of an online squadron for over 4 years and have hundreds of aquaintences in the CFS community...Have heard Great things about the Track ir and thats why im here now...I will be purchasing 1 as soon as I can afford it... Thanks for the great feedback. We are exploring new Vector headset designs, including mounting to your existing headset and / or a hat. Look for something like this around that famous time of the year for new products, Christmas!
