hi,does ARENA export datas in csv files to IMPORT in microsoft excel?

No, currently Arena exports as .bvh, .fbx, .c3d

so,do you know a free software allowing to editer and to print the curves of positions of trackers or to calculate angles?
to use in biometric analysis ?
if not ,as i just buy a fondation system with 6 cam and arena log,do you think it's possible to change the log licence for a tracking tools log if it's better to do this sort of work (human walk analysis)?

I am not familiar with converting the above listed file formats to a .csv file, but you could look at doing a google search.

The Arena license is a seperate license, from the Tracking Tools, and they can't be converted from one to another.

NO PROBLEM,but do you know an good way to obain curves and or angles with the arena log?
