Hi guys,

i am not able to install the TrackIR_5.0.Final.b.exe into my computer. I am using windows 7 )64 bit.

This is the message that i see when i downloaded the program onto my computer and installed it

"The version of the file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit_
) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

This is the message that i see if i run the program from the website

"The contents of this files cannot be unpacked. the executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again"

Please help me. Thank you.

What is the size of the file that you downloaded?

Have you tried redownloading the application?

i tried downloading both the files from the website. 6.63MB and 4.63. I also redownload the files but failed.

and the final size of the software, after downloading was correct?

What did you do? I am having the same problem and have Windows 7 64-bit. I eventried it on my laptop, which has Windows Vista 32-bit
