When i unplug the Track IR it will not crash

I tried uninstall drivers and re installing and also rebooted.

Windows 7 64 bit
HD 5770 updated drivers and also rolled back to see if it was that issue
4 gigs of ram ddr3


It shows it crashing with that error when i have the Track IR 4 plugged in. Also tried other ports still same problem. When i unplug i dont have the problem


If there is no fix to this will it cause problems in the longrun if i forget about it
