frustrated

hi. have just bought track IR5 clip and installed the software from the website.

however when i click on the new icon on my desktop it will not open. i get an error report.

What is your exact error message?

What versi9onof Windows are you using?

What video card/video card drivers do you have installed?

Do you see this issue withthe 4.1.037 TrackIR software?
