..I'm guess i am just my usual dumb self, but what does this mean ?

We just made the tracking indication (green LED and text on the status bar) match the tracking type. Previously, if anything was being tracked the green LED would be turned on. Now, in Vector mode, the LED will only be turned on if the system is able to track a Vector clip.
