Dear friends,

Forgive my first post being a complaint. I just unpacked my TIR5 and TrackClip Pro clip. I connected the clip to a headset.

I find that the clip is too flimsy. At one stage I went to scratch my ear and knocked it out of position. It moves way too freely. It needs to be far more rigid surely.

Everytime I put the headphones back on, I struggle not to touch it for fear of moving it out of calibration. I've tied it down with a few cable ties etc but even still it needs to be stiffer I reckon.

Just my observation and 2 cents worth.

Thank you for your feedback, it is something we are currently looking into.

My second Track Clip Pro just broke, I agree.

I won't order another one as they are too easily broken.

BTw, I'm not a young kid who doesn't take care of things.
