IR Track 4 installed FS9 not working FSX Ok ?

Hi I have a problem
I have IR 4 Track installed with the latest software as downloaded from your website
I am running a Windows Vista PC with MS FSX and FS9 installed IR Track works fine with FSX no problem at all, however I can't get FS9 to interface with IR Track at all
I have read the threads on the forum related to this subject I can confirm that the FS9 cfg file with the msg display and ''Main Hide text info entry'' is present , in addition the Langauge dll is installed in the main FS9 folder, I even copied this from the CD to verify I had got this correctly installed
I notice that When I run FS9 and try to get IR track to work that status lights (Blue light) does not light up - If I understand the threads correctly this means IR Track doesn't see the game or there is a problem within the game
Have you any ideas how I can resolve this please, I haven't seen a thread with other advice other than that tried above?
