Track IR 5 and WIndows 7 64b 0x80040707

Hi everybody. I just recently get the trackir 5 with the track clip pro to used with my FS9 and FSX.
Now, every single time that i have tried to install the software it shows me an error 0x80040707. I read the post before and the solutions that i founded are just for XP or Vista.
If some one can help me my system specs are:
windows 7 64b
Asus Maximus III
Ati Radeon HD5870
Intel i7 860
Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Help Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
