How does this work with games?

Everything is installed corrsctly, and it works with the software, but how do I get it to work with games. For now I watn it to work with WW2 online..what do i set because it isnt working ingame. I set my views to default, but other than that isn't it supposed to just work? What do I set ingame for it to see the IR? Or not? Or what? cause it isnt working..
