Damaged TrackClip Pro

Hello, I recently received my TrackIR 5 w/ Pro Clip and the Pro Clip was broken on arrival. How do I go about returning the pro clip for a replacement one? Also, do I need to send back the entire package or just the pro clip?

If you email
support@naturalpoint.com, including your camera serial number (at the end of the TrackIR USB cable), they will send you instructions on how to return the unit. You should be able to keep the TrackIR itself.
