IR5 Works fine with one game but not at all for another

Gent's

This is kind of strange, my IR5 works perfectly with "Lock On FC2" but will not work with "ARMA2". When I fire up A2 I get both green lights on the IR5 meaning it's tracking the clip and it's sensing the game but no head movement at all. Everything is set to run as admin and I am using version 5.1 of the software because of the serial number of my unit.

Thoughts?

In ARMA 2, look under Options -> Controls -> Controller and make sure TrackIR is enabled.
