I just get the track IR 5 and it's impossible to install the sotware: Track Ir 5 final B

i tried it with double clicking the file and with the execute as admin and it is always the same thing that happens, the set up box open and it's written in german, and i have the internal failure 0X80040707.
Win7 64 bits french

What can i do to install it.

Thanks, the problem is corrected , i call directly at the support line.But i hope you will correct the problem because i will not be able to upgrade to new version.
