The camera is working just fine- 2 green lights and everything looks great on the display page but when I go into FS9 and the VC view there is no tracking movement in the cockpit.

Make sure you have the standard language.dll installed with FS2004. Some custom versions of the DLL remove strings required by TrackIR.

Ensure that the notification messages in FS2004 are turned on. The notifications appear in the upper right corner in red when switching to the virtual cockpit. The setting is found in your fs9.cfg file located by default in:

c:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9
[Main]
HideInfoText=0

I see no language.dll files in the Modules folder. What would be the name of the file and if it is indeed not present from where could it be obtained?

The language.dll file is located in the base FS9 install folder, not in a modules folder.

Do you have the red text in the upper right corner of the VC?

I do have the language.dll in the FS9 folder and the HideInfoText=0 entry in the fs9.cfg file.
Negative on the red text however.

Which language file do you have installed, creation date, version number?

Language file is English version 9.0.0.30612 created 6/12/2003

Any other add-ons installed for FS9, like messagekill?

The default dll should be 216KB.

Try copying the file, from the FS9 Disc 1, into the FS9 folder, on the PC.
