Track IR 5 App Crash with Object Dock 2

UPDATE
I discovered the problem to be stardock object dock 2. For some reason if you try to run the track ir software from a shortcut in the dock it errors out. Run it from a short cut on the desktop and it's just fine. You can disregard my post below.
I recently upgraded from a HD5970 to two HD6970's and now get an APP CRASH every time I try to load up track IR 5, beta and release versions. Fresh windows install, seems like with the video drivers uninstalled Track IR will operate just fine but as soon as the video drivers are installed track IR will crash when you plug in the camera unit or if you open the app and the camera is plugged in. Crash report is:

I did not have this problem with the HD5970 and the latest release version of the ATI drivers, the drivers available for the HD6970 right now are beta but i believe new certified drivers will be released by ATI tomorrow.
