Camera LED not working.

We have a 12 camera setup V100R2 cameras and we noticed that two of our cameras LED rings stopped working. Is there a setting that might have turned these off? Or is this a hardware fault? We are using optitrack usb hubs and have moved the cameras around in the chain.

Before we go through some troubleshooting steps, I just need to know what software version you're running.
