Basically show my problem

I have windows 32 bit home perluim

help asap please

First thing I would do is stop the installer, then delete the following directory:

c:\program files\naturalpoint\trackir

Then clear your internet cache, restart your computer, and try again. This should remove the possibility of anything potentially locking the files and preventing the decompression of files. If there continues to be a conflict, try running the install package as administrator.

still having problems and there is no c:\program files\naturalpoint\trackir directory
