looking for a nmap file for facerobot

anyone can share his nmap file for the template between expression c3d file and facerobot (that can be open in the NameMapWizard) we are using the 37 + 4 marker template)

cannot find a picture that could help figuring what marker that correspond to the naming convention used in softimage..lost matching the template.. any help?
