Track IR 5 does not work with usb 2.0

Tell me please what speed usb should work TrackIR5 at?
My current rate for TrackIR5 usb is 1.1
Windows writes the message "device can run faster"
Is this normal? Or should we look for the reason why TrackIR5 does not work with usb 2.0?

I would try two things here.
1: Update your TrackIR drivers. Make sure you are using the latest software release, then through device manager, update the drivers and manually point to:
c:\program files\naturalpoint\trackir5\drivers\
2: Ensure your motherboard chipset drivers are up to date, by re-installing the drivers as provided by your motherboard manufacturer.
Aside from the popup, this should not constitute an issue, as the TrackIR device itself does not run over 12 mb/sec, however it is fully compatible with USB 2.0.

Thank you for your reply. Motherboard driver is of the latest version. Trackir software version 5.1 Final.
Other devices (such as flash drives) work on usb 2.0 without any problems.

Motherboard Asus Striker 2 NSE
CPU Q9400
Chipset nVIDIA nForce 790i SLI
Memory 4096 MB (DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM)
Video adapter NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280
BIOS Revision 0901
Windows 7 64 bit

Something may be off with windows, as that message only comes up when a 2.0 device is plugged into a 1.1 port. TrackIR is USB 1.1, and thus should never generate that message. I'd verify that everything is working properly with your copy of windows with respect to your USB system.
