If I wiggle the trackclip around it will come back but won't stay.

I bought this along with the TIR5 from the Human Solution on Feb 25, 2011.

From our email conversation it appears that the problem has resolved itself. If it comes back, I would check the camera view to find what in the camera's view is causing interference in the lower right corner.
