Marker set rotated 180 degrees?

Hi everyone!

I am having a really nasty problem, that i hope is just a result from my own inexperience with Arena.

Im trying to clean some full body mocap data, but my problem is that when i play back the recordings, the skeleton and marker set doesn't match the tracked points.. Looking into it seems to suggest that the marker set of the skeleton is rotated 180 degrees around the y-axis.

Is there any way to rotate the skeleton or the world coordinates so it matches up?

EDIT: Just confirmed that it is the skeleton that is suddenly facing towards the negative z-axis.
