Hello,

I'm trying to get voice recongition to work for my aunt, and I get a prompt saying i need to install the ViaVoice engine, to contact NaturalPoint to acquire it. Is there a link to a download? Is it an add-on I need to purchase?

The voice clicking is sold as an add on module to either the SmartNav AT or EG devices. It can be purchased on our accessories page for the nominal price of $5.00 plus shipping.

Thanks Mike. I was more interested in speech commands other than clicking (she prefers dwell click). I have the program available to install, but don't have the Via Voice engine. Does that change your response?
