Camera Problems

HI.
I have a sistem of 12 camera, but now only 8 are working, how can i send to natural point for a diagnostic and fix them.
Another problem, my license camera is dont working okay, for example to day I turn on the sistem, the arena reconize the license camera, but this camera didnt see the reflective points on the actor. Why?
