Tracker problem!

I brought my tracker to my brothers house (houston from Dallas). I packed it carefully and it looks fine, but when I installed it on his computer it goes crazy. On the camera only one green light comes on and I'm not sure if that's ok? I can't get it to quit moving all over the place. It's the Tracker IR5 with the new software. His computer is a i7 960 12gb ram, EVGA 560 superclocked, Win 7 Pro 64 bit. Also where's the serial number?
Thanks in advance!

Hello -

The serial number is located on a flag on the usb cord.

The first thing I would check, especially if you are using a TrackClip Pro, is if the correct TrackClip is selected in the software. Often times using a TrackClip Pro in TrackClip mode will make things go a bit crazy.

With regards to the lights, the left green light is on any time the TrackIR software is running, and it can see a clip. The right green light is on only when TrackIR AND a supported software title are both running.

Flight Simulator X has individual view origins for each plane. These can either be edited to suit by changing the values in the config files for each plane, or you can use a different method:

If you find that the view is too close to the windshield, get closer to the camera, press f-12 to center, then go back to your regular position. This will force your center to be artifically closer, and when you move back it will pull away from the windshield.
