Deadspot in the cameras viewarea

I got a problem with this weird dead spot in the viewarea.
You can see it in those pics.
It looses the objects its tracking in that very spot.
I can get around it by aligning the tracked objects on the top or at the bottom of the viewarea.
But it still is a fault in the device? There's no visible dents or anything on the camera.
The shop (verkkokauppa.com) where i bought this in finland said to me that if i cant find a solution from here, they have to take the device for testing before i get a new one.
