I had purchased a v120:slim camera and 3 sets of facial markers from optitrack to do the facial mocap.But after installing the camera and running it in Direct show filter,I noticed that the markers are not atall glowing.I tried using the led lights from the flex cameras(those used in body mocap from optitrack)to throw in some light to the capture area,still the markers didn't glow.whereas,when I place the markers under the flex cameras they glow and work properly.I would like to know if there is something wrong that I am doing in setting up the camera or is there a specific procedure in doing it.

If anybody has a clue please suggest me.

P.S- All I need is that the markers should glow so that they are easily trackable.

If you point a running V100 at the V120:Slim do you see the LED ring in OptiShow? It may appear pulsing as they operate at odd frequencies with respect to eachother unless the V100 is in continuous mode.
