Is ther any way to user a larger area with 24 cameras? for exmaple could you use a 30x30 area since you have more cameras to expand the capture volume?

With V100R2 cameras? highly unlikely. You could probably stretch it a bit with active markers, but you'll run into issues with maximum distance. S250e cameras can do larger volumes than the R2 cameras due to their higher resolution and range, though 30x30 is untested.
