Running Win 7 64 bit. I am trying to update my Track IR 5 software to the latests version. From 5.0.300 to 5.1.200 When I try to uninstall I get a dialog box that says NPClient.DLL and TRKIR5.exe is locked. Then options to try again Abort retry etc.

I have tried running both the Uninstall and the install as Administrator.

Any help to resolve this problem would be appreciated.

If you check the processes tab of the task manager, does TrackIR5.exe *32 appear in it? If you kill the process, does it allow you to uninstall?
