Lost an Optihub - Need Sync Cable Splitters

I'm writing you from The Danish Filmschool, where I am currently in charge of our 18 camera OptiTrack system. Right now we're running a larger motion capture project, and using the system constantly.
That's why its a big problem for us when one of our OptiHubs went down yesterday.
Seeing as its going to take some time for a new OptiHub to arrive from America, we are looking into alternatives.
Yesterday I spoke with your technical support, and was advised to try to use sync cables between the cameras instead of the hubs. That way, I would be able to get it running with a regular USB hub (without high-power mode).
After looking into it, it seems we didn't get any of the Sync Cable Splitters with the system when we purchased it.
Is there any way I can replicate those cables? They seem to be component in one end and a mini jack in the other.
I'd like the correct name for the cables, so I can try to purchase them from a local retailer.
Am I correct in thinking that I would need 18 of those cables, plus an extender between each camera from 1-18?
And on another note.
It would be greatly beneficial for us here in Europe, if you could have a supplier of some sort over here. The mail time between the continents is just to long for it to be helpful in a bind.
I'd be willing to pay double price, if I could have a new OptiHub tomorrow.
