Second computer with Arena

Our students have a project running at the moment, that requires a programmer to have Arena on his computer.
He is working on streaming data live from Arena to the game engine Unity, for some live animation theatre.
The situation is such that the programmer is currently sitting in the other end of the country. That makes it difficult, because we have to send the hardware key back and forth in the mail, whenever we're not using the system for capturing.
My first concern is the possibility of loosing the key in transit.
The second is the annoying constant planning on both sides, to make sure its here when we need it.
Last time I ordered parts from you, I saw that one could order a spare Hardware Key. I did so happily thinking that I could have it running in two different locations.
Then I later (silly me) read the license specifics, and learned that it is bound to one specific key, and cant be shared.
What I was hoping for, was the possibility to switch the license from one key to the other. Basically never being able to run it on 2 computers at once - but an easier and safer way to transfer it across the country.
Is there any hope for such a thing being possible?.
