Track IR installation error

I received Track IR 5 pro today and I couldn't install the software due to the same error thats mentioned further down the forum. I sent an eamil off to support so you could send me the zip software and manual installation instructions. This was 10 hours ago and haven't heard anything, not even an eamil saying your dealing with it. Paying $140 for a product that doesn't work properly and then having to wait ten hours for some support or reply from customer support isn't good business in my opinion. Not sure once you knew you had a problem with installer why you didn't put the manual installation files up for download.
Please can someone send me the files so I can manually install them.

Hi Wodin,
Unfortunately, our support manager is out of the office today. He'll be back on Tuesday. In the meantime, I would recommend right clicking on the installer and selecting "run as administrator." If this doesn't address the issue, ping us back here on the forums and we'll try something else.

Tried it. It didn't work. I even tried in compatability mode. In the other thread it was mentioned that someone would email them a zipped manual installation with instructions.
Tried other versions aswell including 4.

OK, I'll try to send you a zipped folder. Is that two underscores in a row in your email address?
