Hiya peeps, can someone please point me in the right direction as to how to solve the following:
everything seems to be on top of each other.

Well that's just odd, What operating system are you running?
General ideas would be to uninstall TrackIR, Install, reinstall, or update Microsoft VC2005 runtimes (x86 and x64) including the Visual C 2005 Runtime with the ATL update, then fully update windows and re-install TrackIR 5.1.3 by downloading it, then navigating to the installer, right clicking, and selecting "Run as administrator".
