Cannot install "One or more arguments are not correct"

hi!

I cannot install the TrackIR Software.
I have the following error:

"Setup failed to run installation: One or more arguments are not correct"

I have Windows 7 and i execute as administrator. 5 months ago the install worked fine.
Please help me.

Hello, Could I please have a similar fix. I am trying to reinstall the latest drivers on a Windows 7 64bit system but keep getting an error message "setup failed to run installation: class not registered" Thank you.

Can anyone confirm what the steps are?

I have just had to contact support for the same instructions - it seems like there are a lot of people getting the same problem so either there should be a public KB article about this or perhaps the binary needs to be updated to reflect whatever change needs to be made?

Just a thought.

We're more than happy to email the link and instructions to anyone who requests it through support@naturalpoint.com, however I would prefer not to have this posted as a public how-to because it is not a normal situation, and I would like to work individually with people affected by this.

Hi Mike,

That's fair enough, I just thought I would ask. That said, I requested this information from support over email two days ago and have not had a response yet, perhaps you could poke someone for me to send me the information?

I am a four-year happy TrackIR4 customer but now I have a shiny new TrackIR 5 that I have not been able to configure yet with the new software.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
