Hi all. I am a newwbie here and I wonder if My Trackir5 has a problem. I have just been setting it up. I downloaded the software then plugged in the USB of the camera. For the first 15 minutes I saw a green light on both sides of the camera...then only on the left side. Also, it doesn't seem to look right in the tial screen. Any suggestions?

Hello -

My first thought would be to check the firewalls or AV. If it works when they are dropped, you may need to make an exception in them to allow TrackIR and FSX to communicate properly.
