Merging different lenses in an arena setup

Hello everybody,
Is there anything to take care about when merging different lenses in a motion capture setup? We have a 12 camera setup in a long but narrow room with 2 cameras in each corner an to additional cameras in the middle of the two long walls.
All cameras are oriented in portrait mode and while using the regular lenses in the corners we have the 3.5 mm F1.6 lenses in the middle of the long walls.
With this mixed setup the camera calibration needs much more time than with an uniform setup, at least this is my impression.
Is there anything to consider regarding any settings when using a mixed lense setting?
Best regards,
Bjoern
