Dear TrackIR Support,

I have TrackIR 4 Pro Hardware + TrackIR 5.1.3 Final software.

I bought the DVD version of F1 2011 when it came out and it has had TrackIR support from the get go, albeit recognised as Dirt 2.... that is until patch 2 came out earlier this week (21st Nov 2011).

Now TrackIR software recognises the F1 2011 process rather than the old Dirt 2 (blue light comes on and 'F1 2011' is displayed top left next to 'Title:'), but I can't assign a custom profile as F1 2011 is not listed in the list on the Titles Tab.

I can get around it easily by changing the profile to my custom 'Race' profile (e.g. 'center' assigned to a button on my G27 wheel) once the game has loaded and TrackIR has recognised it, but would prefer to be able to assign the 'Race' profile I have set up to the actual title...as I do with all the other games that are listed in the Titles tab.

Please can you fix it for me?

Have you updated your games list recently? You may want to try doing a manual update and seeing if that will correct the issue. I'll look into this on this end, though.

Like I said, the game executable is recoginised by TrackIR software, I just can't assign a profile to it as it is not listed in the Titles, so have to manually select a profile once the game is started.

Our developer in charge of maintaining this list will be out until later this week. Once he returns we can see about updating the game list.
