Can't Get My Track IR 5 to work .

My name is Kunal. I have bought track IR 5 with track clip pro 2 years agoto play with FSX. I have never got it to work the way It showed on the video. So it was sitting in the drawer. Recently I bought ezdok camera and saw some amaizing things you can do with it. But after initial trial all I have got is the same disappointment.
So here I am asking for help. I can't explain what its doing.
1st its too fast and with a little move it goes out the cock-pit. I tried slowing it down but still doesn't work.
