track ir 4 pro with ir clip on

I can not get it to work with FSX, and can not get t to work with VRS super bug Im new to FSX and having issues with it working.
Does TrackIR work with other titles?
Try running both TrackIR and FSX by right clicking on the icons and selecting "Run as Administrator" (this makes a big difference in Windows 7)
