I went to my computer this morning to find that SmartNav didn't work! It worked fine last night and nobody played with it. I uninstalled SmartNav and reinstalled it.
Software loads and runs, and red and green indicator light blinks, but then no light stay on! The cursor does not move.
I really need SmartNav to work as a have many Christmas emails to send to Europe! Sombody please help!!!

If you go to the smartnav software, then click on control panel, then select the tracking tab, do you see any dots in the black box? If you hold a reflector about a foot away from the camera, does it appear and track properly?
