How about you make profile autoloading similar to Intellipoint software's.
There you can choose the .exe file of the game for which to load the profile. After that there's no need for manually choosing profiles.

How about a mouse click when you nod your head forwards. And dragging when you keep your head forward positioned. This isn't top priority. Just curiosity.
