Just an update. As of 1.11 update to ETS2, they have included a seat adjustment which solves the centering problem.

Hello, Sorry for the delay. I'll be happy to do a little write-up about the mod that decreases the FOV to a more mathematically correct value. I have found that as a byproduct of correcting the field of view, the TrackIR becomes easier to center leaving less or no need for manual center adjustments....
