I CANT RAISE UP AND DOWN WITH FSX
ALL THE OTHER MOVEMENTS WORKS PERFECTLY
WHAT CAN I DO?
I am very curious about this. Are you saying that you can move forward and back and side to side with no problem?

Re: Minor issue on FSX retail with new driver

<t>I guess a different way to explain is that with FSX you can't set a "baseline" from which to view with TIR. An example. In FS9 after my favorite aircraft loads, using the standard key combinations, I move my view up 3 notches and forward 3 notches. (simulates moving seat up and forward) That's wh...

Re: Minor issue on FSX retail with new driver

Currently, due to the way FSX sets priorities for head tracking, you need to pause the TrackIR software before adjusting set location.
I wouldn't mind that so much other than the fact that when you unpause, it snaps you back to their default position.

Re: Minor issue on FSX retail with new driver

How about the original issue reported? Not being able to move about the cockpit. Any progress there?

Thanks much

Re: Minor issue on FSX retail with new driver

G'day Dave, Don't know if you realise yet or not but you can change position around the cockpit by pressing your "a" key. This scrolls through the many sub settings for each view, internal & external. When in the cockpit the first press usually sits you in the right hand seat. Cheers,...

Re: Minor issue on FSX retail with new driver

The movements I am speaking of are the standard movement keys. From in the VC... Ctl+Shft+Enter = move right Ctl+Shft+backspace = move left Ctl+backspace = move forward Ctl+Enter = move back Shft+Enter = move up Shft+backspace = move down. You can still do these moves in FS2004 while using TIR. In ...

Minor issue on FSX retail with new driver

<t>Howdy, Thanks for the support to FSX. The only thing that I see right now is that I can't move about the cockpit using the keyboard in FSX with TIR activated. Example, if I want to slide over to the right seat. All the keyboard movements in FS2004 still function when TIR is on. In FSX its like yo...

Re: picture's jumping

Do either of you have Active Camera running? If so, turn off the head latency and runway effects. All I can think of as a non-technical support type.
