Re: TIR4 not tracking on new computer
Update: It's finally working! I think it just did not like my USB hub - powered or unpowered. So I ended up plugging it in directly to a USB slot on my mobo. Now, no issues (other than some jitteriness that I think is due to my 46" monitor being over 3 feet away from my head). Thanks for your h...

Re: TIR4 not tracking on new computer
Nope, and now it won't even work on my old laptop. I noticed the top/middle light on the TIR4 now has a a very VERY faint red/orange light coming from it. It is very hard to make out, but it immediately goes out when I unplug it from any USB port (same now for both computers). Is it somehow not gett...

Re: TIR4 not tracking on new computer
Thanks for replying, Mike. At first the TIR4 was running fine through my USB hub on the new PC. However, when it stopped working, I checked the hub, and it was quite warm to the touch. I unplugged everything, but after it cooled down, all the other USB devices (eg. the CH Products gear) seemed to wo...

Re: TIR4 not tracking on new computer
I have a similar problem. I have a Trackir4 and the ball cap track-clip that was working alright this morning (although a bit jittery in ARMA3), but then it stopped functioning. Windows 10 Education recognizes as Naturalpoint: TrackIR4 (under device manager). There is a faint red/orange light (solid...

Re: Just recieved my trackir 4....great product
<t>I've been using my TIR4PRO for a few weeks now... Of course I, too, have the obligatory, "WOW!" to say... It was worth the investment.

I'm still tweaking settings here and there as I see fit, but I was impressed by the easae of install AND by how simple it was to set up.

**N...

Re: Warranty and Authorized dealers in Canada?
Thanks for your replies! I'm still puzzled though: 1. Whose "Handling fees"? 2. The One Year Warranty is STILL VALID even if bought through cwonline.com? 1. There are two sets of "Handling Fees" referred to at the Shipping checkout page on Naturalpoint's site, the first being &qu...

More Canadian Dealers?
I didn't know where else to put this: Have you considered expanding your dealership within Canada? I'm sure some Canadian Flight-Simming communities would LOVE to offer your product. I live in Canada, and in simple terms, TrackIR's are not "easy" to find here. Also, there is currently only...

Warranty and Authorized dealers in Canada?
Hi. I'm seriously interested in buying a TrackIR4 Pro for flightsims (and possibly FPS's). I have some questions/suggestions: 1. At naturalpoint.com's checkout, it states "UPS Expedited Air to Canada (handling fees included) is $31.54", but then, "Shipping and Handling does not includ...
