Re: Beta 4 went Final ??

<t>Just a note... I purchased the TrackClip Pro and tried to find the "TrackClip PRO" setting on the motion tab of the profile editing screen. It wasn't there. Weird, becasue I could have sworn that I downloaded and installed the Final 29 version.<br/> <br/> Anyway, I redownloaded the version and di...

Re: Beta 4 went Final ??

If it helps I can email someone a video of the tracking and heads displays as the problem occurs. Is there an email address that can be used?

Re: Axis Y not steady.

<r>If you watch the head display you'll see that the original "unscaled" head loses tracking. After that, the settings curve can't do much since other axis can be affected.<br/> <br/> I suspect the hat tracking polygon loses it's reference and thinks the top center dot is in front of the bottom side...

Re: Minor issue on FSX retail with new driver

<t>Actually, there is a way to assign new seat positions that you can cycle through. The head tracker will move relative to those fixed spots. Requires a bit of editing of the aircraft.cfg file. I added a back seat to the carenado mentor without too much difficulty.<br/> <br/> This doesn't address t...

Re: Minor issue on FSX retail with new driver

There currently is no option to disable the external view working with the TrackIR. All too true. Unfortunately, this is not the crowd who would implement such a change either. That part rests with Microsoft I presume. Let's see if they bother to change it or not. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear t...

Re: Minor issue on FSX retail with new driver

<t>I hope Microsoft gives us an option to disable it in outside views (or at least the spot and locked spot views). I'm seriously tempted to do all my trackIR flying with FS9 only if this doesn't get fixed by Microsoft. I won't consider parting with my trackIR.<br/> <br/> Head trackers have their st...

Re: Minor issue on FSX retail with new driver

Actaully, Microsoft felt that the consumer might like the ability to adjust the the view with the TrackIR, or any head tracking system, in more than VC mode, hence the ability to use it in 2d and external modes. It wouldn't be so bad except that moving your head results in an anti-intuitive rotatio...
