Got it fixed. I had to go through the EZDOK configuration process. Don't know why it changed all of a sudden but it is working ok now.

I have a Tir 4 unit which I have had for several years. My question is should I use TIR 4 or TIR 5 software to run it.
Is there any advantage of using one over the other?

Try looking up more than normal then hit the center key. Also works in reverse if you can't look up. In that case, look down and hit center. Works for me.
