Any more help on this issue, Vincent?
Also, I pinpointed the exact place where the tracking is mostly working and then works 100%.
Open TrackIR - mostly works
Click on the profiles tab - 100% works

Re: Hiccups at 9 and 3 o'clock with work-around
Setting the priority higher didn't help. TrackIR has done this since I've had it, before I installed any add-ons. I just figured it was the device's limit of sensitivity, but when I when to edit the profile, the head "unstuck" and it worked much better.

That's good thinking on the priority. I'll try it tonight and report back. I'll also check the size of the profiles.

Hiccups at 9 and 3 o'clock with work-around

All I have to do is alt-tab into windowed mode, open TrackIR, highlight the profile ...

Re: I need some advice-New to TrackIR
<t>Your advice helped a lot, especially using the dead zone. Before using that, I would get disoriented on take-off or landing, especially when I was trying to manage my yaw on the runway. When I'd use the pedals, my head would move a little bit and it would totally throw me off.<br/> <br/> The lock...

Thanks for you help Vincent. I'll try what you've suggested tonight. I'm sure it will help, especially the pause feature!

I need some advice-New to TrackIR
<t>It's hard to ignore that reviews for TrackIR are an unending river of praise. Unfortunately, what I've experienced so far makes me want to run back to my trusty 2D cockpit. I WANT to love this thing, and I see its potential, but there are a couple of issues I have with it that are keeping me from...
