Mac worries

<t>Hello,<br/> <br/> I've been using Smartnav on Windows for a few years and so far so good. I've just bought an iMac and am about to plunk down $300 on the Mac version of Smartnav.<br/> <br/> Now I'm worried about the quality since I read one bad post about it. If it's not good can anyone else conf...

Re: Green light on system turned off but still tracking

Re: Same default clicktime with every re-start

I'm using Vista home premium 64-bit. I tried setting my profile a few times and it still does the same thing at start up. No change from before.

<t>I keep having this recurring problem every time I start the computer I'm required to go into the settings of the dwell clicker to reset the click time back to zero again. One year of SmartNav3 AT Hell

I'm a quadriplegic who desperately needs a product like this to work for me or else I can't operate a computer in any way on my own. This isn't just some toy for me i...

Re: Smartnav hell

<t>Is anybody else having this problem? I am finding the mouse freezes up more while I'm using Google Earth than any other application. <br/> <br/> Hard drive is defragmented and everything else is up to date including latest Java updates. Why is this software doing this? It's a given that it will f...

Re: Smartnav hell

<t>Yes both laptops have the latest in chipset drivers and bios as well. Both machines are fully updated in every way possible. I plug the unit directly into the USB port on each machine. We have already made our adjustments to the power settings in the device manager and it seems to us that it impr...

Smartnav hell

<t>I would like to address a serious issue that I have been facing with this product for the last eight months. In short it is causing my computer to crash, it being a Hewlett-Packard DV9005ca. It has also done the same to my other laptop a ThinkPad T30. The IBM runs XP professional and the HP runs ...
